Growing up in the unforgiving streets of Ana Maria, Puerto Rico gave brothers Yamil AKA Chily and Carlos AKA Topo, a deeper understanding of life from a very early age. As they were exposed to a rapid rate of violence and poverty, they discovered the power music had to convey emotions and tell stories that needed to be heard. The duo found their own voices as they mastered their craft when battling their peers in the school yard became a path to solidify their respect in a way that took them far from their violent reality. The undeniable talent they possessed coupled with their work ethic meant most days the pair were left to compete in the final round against their fiercest opponent, each other.

As word spread through the streets of Puerto Rico, they were introduced to the Executives at WHP Music Inc. Cultivating a relationship with their New York affiliates as they grew and developed their skill set, when the opportunity presented itself to migrate to the United States and reconnect with their father after they lost their oldest brother to street violence, they were given the chance to pursue their music career with full force backed by the WHP Music Inc family. Chily, with his raw, youthful energy and pretty boy charm has a rhythmic mastery that effortlessly complements his brother Topo; who as the eldest of the two, although laid back in his demeanor lets loose a lyrical onslaught which captivates your attention.
